I recently completed coaching sessions through Alignment Life Coaching (ALC). Just prior to receiving coaching from CEO and life coach, Deborah Wright, I was feeling overwhelmed by obligations that seem to have little to do with advancing me towards my own personal goals; it was if I was moving in place. Faced with the challenge of how to find time and resources to ever get it all done, I continued believing and seeking God for strategies that would help me to successfully move forward with specific career goals and spiritual aspirations. So, needless to say, ALC proved to be a timely answer to my prayer. 

Using a thoughtful and motivating approach, Ms. Wright provided a simple framework to help me self-identify areas of concerns and to re-evaluate the changes that were important to me; and whether I was willing to make the sacrifices needed to achieve my goals.  As a result of the coaching, I continue to improve on time management skills, and to reduce outside boundaries by remaining prudent to not allow others to impose excessive nonessential timelines on me. I am also currently working toward obtaining my Workforce Development Leadership Certification. It was great to have someone to coach me and look at my life holistically and then focus down on the areas that I really wanted to improve.  The changes produced as a result of ALC continues to have a worthwhile impact on my life!
